We have 22 lots that will be released by ballot on Saturday 12 February 2022. To be eligible for the ballot you will need to complete a Registration Form and return it to us by email by 5pm Monday 7 February 2022. We will confirm your appointment time for the Sales Release day.
Lots range from 455m2 to 822m2 (average 523m2). Settlement is anticipated for January - March 2023, giving you time to plan your new build. A Price List, Registration Form and Lot Disclosure Plans will be uploaded to this page in the coming weeks - to be the first to know when this happens join our database here.
