Googong North

Stages 1 and 2

Googong North is the first neighbourhood to take shape at Googong and nestles in a natural bowl in the landscape. Entry will be from Googong Dam Road. Our first Display Village will also be built in this area. If you purchase in these first releases, we anticipate that final settlement date will be around mid-2013, when you can begin building your new home.

The first lots available will be within Googong North, Stages 1 and 2, and range from 337m2 to 965m2, to suit a range of housing types. These first lots are priced to reward our first purchasers, so we can’t guarantee to maintain the prices listed below after our first release.

Please review these prices in conjunction with our sales process. If you decide to purchase at Googong you will also need to be aware of our Design Guidelines. These ensure that, as the neighbourhood grows, the quality of housing and the pleasing aspects of the streetscapes are retained.
