Googong is a whole new self-contained town that will eventually be home to some 16,000 people in 5,550 homes. The people who will buy in our first release will share our sense of excitement at creating something new. We have priced our first release to reward these early buyers for their commitment and vision.

We will commence the sales program with a Vision Seminar, which will be held at the National Convention Centre on the evening of Monday 13 February 2012. So pop this date in your diary now – a formal invitation will be emailed to you in the coming weeks.

This Vision Seminar is not a sales event in itself, but it is an important opportunity for us to share with you the plans we have for this dynamic, new and sustainable community, from schools to shops, roads to infrastructure, employment and business opportunities, timeframes, milestones and so much more. We believe it is only fair to give you a deeper understanding of this township before we commence with any sales.
