CONSTRUCTION UPDATE
Friday, 15 November, 20132013 has been a very busy one for the Googong team. To date we have sold 429 lots and will shortly be welcoming our first residents.
Construction work on Club Googong is complete. The swimming pool is filled and the gym, cafe and Googong Sales and Information Centre fit outs are well underway.
The two tennis courts, playgrounds and amphitheatre in Beltana Park, which Club Googong overlooks, are 90% complete. And the 32 demonstration homes, including the 12 Display Village homes being built by the Googong Guild Builders are now also 90% complete.
The last on site activities will be completed in the New Year, and the Display Village and Club Googong are scheduled to open during January 2014.
In February we will host an official launch together with a festival weekend, to celebrate this new township. We will be sure to give you more details on this weekend, and on the display village opening dates, in due course.
