Your Life At Googong

Club Googong

A focus for the community

Club Googong provides recreation facilities and a place for residents to meet their neighbours. The club is conveniently located on the town’s entry street, next to Beltana Park. Residents will also enjoy access to the park's tennis courts, children's playground, amphitheatre, barbeques, pathways, waterways and boardwalks - everything for all ages located in the centre of our first releases.

Inside Club Googong, you’ll find a five lane, 25m heated indoor pool and an outdoor splash deck for smaller children. There’s also a small gym and a number of tennis courts in Beltana Park. Entry to the pool and gym is via your resident's Club card, though it is also open to the public on a casual basis for a fee. The good news is, the pool and gym are free for residents and their guests until December 2018!

Club Googong also includes a temporary general store with a range of daily necessities and a café with a sunny terrace with superb views over Beltana Park.  Because of Club Googong, you won't need to join a gym, pay to use a public swimming pool or travel into town for a good cup of coffee and a chat. Our Sales and Information Centre is also located inside Club Googong.

Club Googong is currently owned and operated by Googong Township Pty Ltd but it will eventually be transferred to new owners. Any change to the uses in the Club building may only occur if the use is permissible under the zoning of the area and, if required, receives the approval of Queanbeyan-Palerang Regional Council.
