We have commenced land sales at Googong, and if you join our email list you will be the first to hear about our release programs.

In Googong’s early releases there will be a range of lots available, from around 350m2 up to 1050m2 (average 579m2). Smaller lots will benefit from being located close to amenities such as parks, clubhouses, ovals and future neighbourhood shops. We will be selling only land at this stage – rather than house and land packages.
If you buy in our early releases, you can expect to settle in the second half of 2013. You must commence construction of your home within 12 months after settlement (or within 26 weeks if you hope to qualify for Stamp Duty concessions)
