At Googong we have appointed a Builders Guild – a panel of leading builders who are committed to helping bring our vision for the new town to life.
The Builders Guild will be constructing a display village at Googong to demonstrate how quality design, value and environmentally conscious features go hand in hand. While there is no obligation for you to choose a Guild builder for your new home, if you do you will have the assurance that your builder has a thorough understanding of our design guidelines. This will help to speed up approvals and make the process of building your home easier. Although our first release is for land only, in due course, our Guild builders will be offering house and land packages at Googong.
