Beginning in the early 1990s, Canberra Investment Corporation Limited built a reputation as an innovative and responsible developer of residential communities in and around Canberra.
Jerrabomberra Park was the company’s foundation project and we went on to build successful communities at Harcourt Hill in Gungahlin, Eastern Valley Rise in the Tuggeranong Valley, Majura Rise in North Watson and many more. We have also reached further afield, with ground-breaking developments in Darwin, Adelaide and regional New South Wales.
To reflect our new national focus, we changed our name to CIC Australia. What hasn’t changed are our principles of sustainability, amenity and community – principles that guide us in offering Australians far and wide a better way to live.
