Googong Christmas Carols

The developers of Googong township would like to extend a warm welcome to one and all to join our annual Christmas Carols. This is a non-denominational event of just carol singing, with musical support from the big brass sounds of the John Agnew Brass Band and The Sisters and Brothers Community Choir. The Jerrabomberra Creek Rural Fire Service will be there with their trucks, and Santa will be making an appearance!
This is a free event and song books will be provided. Bring a picnic or buy a treat from the food vendors that we will have there on the night.

Merry Christmas to all for the season!

What: Christmas Carol singing with the Canberra City Brass Band
When: 6pm-8pm Saturday 15 December 2018
Where: Beltana Park, Beltana Avenue Googong NSW
FREE - everyone is welcome!

Unfortunately due to the heavy rain to date, and the forecast storms for Saturday,
we have sadly decided to cancel Christmas Carols.

Recognising Googonians

Recognising Googonians

Googonians can be readily identified by the spring in their step, the smile on their face and the faint scent of the great outdoors in their hair. (Be advised: It’s best to avoid sniffing a stranger’s hair in an attempt to identify them as Googonian.)
